The former Vice Presidential candidate told the Des Moines register that it was “crucial” for Republicans to deliver on immigration reform. The Des Moines Register reported:
Former vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan thinks Republicans need to take their limited-government message to voters who are “unfamiliar with hearing us.”
“Go into inner cities, go into minority communities,” Ryan, who speaks in Iowa tonight, told The Des Moines Register in a telephone interview on Monday. “Go into communities that have not seen or heard from Republicans in a long time.”
Ryan, a congressman from Wisconsin, was responding to a question about whether lessons can be learned from Republican wins in blue states, like Gov. Chris Christie’s victory in the governor’s race in Democratic-leaning New Jersey on Nov. 5…
…Ryan, who concentrates most heavily on budget issues, told the Register his focus right now is on finding common ground in Congress on taxes and spending. He also thinks it’s crucial that Republicans deliver on immigration reform and talk about alternatives to the federal health care law known as Obamacare.
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) spoke with a Hispanic audience in July about his motives for pushing immigration reform in the House of Representatives.

What a disappointment that guy turns out to be.
Why???
A major disappointment. But then here's a man whose definition of saving money is increasing spending less than initially planned! A typical career politician / public servant.
Why - good ole quid pro quo - to repay his corporate sponsors.
Disappointed? The only reason this guy has any street cred as a Conservative is because Zero and the Rats hate him, but if you look at this guy objectively, he isn't anything special. His budget plans are weak soup with barely any real cuts. He never had a real job. From the day he left college he has been in DC hanging out with the establishment. There just isn't anything that makes me very excited about the guy like I am about Lee, Cruz or even Paul.
