BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) — A federal judge who has blocked President Barack Obama's immigration executive action suggested on Thursday that he could order sanctions against the Justice Department if he rules it misled him about when exactly the administration began implementing one of the measures.
During a sometimes testy court hearing, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen went back and forth with the Justice Department over whether it had mislead him into believing that a key part of Obama's program would not be implemented before he made a ruling on a request for a preliminary injunction. In fact, federal officials had given more than 108,000 people three-year reprieves from deportation before that date and granted them work permits under a program that protects young immigrants from deportation if they were brought to the U.S. illegally as children...
"The other states seeking to block Obama's orders are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Wisconsin."
Yeah, you can send all them illegals up here to Massachusetts. At least they won't do any voting harm if they reside here. And then of course, we here in MA are famous for our illegals. It must be a case of Northern White Guilt or something. Whatever it is, when your Attorney General issues a legal statement like this you know you're living in La-La-Land ....and your goose is COOKED!!!

Yeah, but is the Justice Department a person that can be sanctioned? How does one punish an agency?
I hope he does but this administration has set the whole American world at odds with itself.
And it delights in the tumult of a malfunctioning government as it pushes its own agenda forward amidst the confusion.
It's like we're fighting a domestic terrorist who invents new ways to flaunt the law even as we are trying to enforce the consequences of his flaunting of the laws he violated yesterday. There's no effective way to quickly sweep up the spills from this creep and his thugs. The courts are incredibly slow and cumbersome compared to this jackrabbit traitor.
