BOOM: Trey Gowdy Never Lost a Case as a Prosecutor
As much as we’ve criticized Speaker Boehner in the past, he’s gotten one thing right, and that’s the choice of Rep. Trey Gowdy to lead the special committee investigation on Benghazi.
Gowdy plans to subpoena Hillary (and perhaps Obama himself), reveal evidence that shows Obama is hiding documents from Congress, and relentlessly pursue justice “though the heavens fall.”
His track record proves that he’s impeccable when it comes to criminal convictions, so there’s no reason to think that he won’t be able to expose Hillary and Obama’s criminal negligence and web of lies on Benghazi.

Yeah? Well he never had a boss like Crying John Boner before looking over his shoulder. Boner could ruin a wet dream.
That the catch. Boehner will aid and abet all the obstructions placed in Gowdy's path. Even if Gowdy developed a bullet prood case, Boehner would turn it over to Holder to prosecute.
From what I've seen and heard of Trey Gowdy, he seems like a bulldog of a prosecutor. He'd be one of those you would want on "your" side, not "theirs."
But that said - I think I've been around too long and seen too much in my 61 years to muster the enthusiasm to get my hopes up. I'll put on my tinfoil hat for a moment and just say - I really think the "PTB" are not - repeat NOT - going to let anything positive (from our perspective) happen.
We've seen John Roberts - disappointment. We've seen GWB - disappointment. Everytime we move 2 or 3 steps ahead, there's a Boehner or McConnel or Rove to stand in the way.
These folks play for keeps. And eveyone (including Gowdy) has family members they cherish and love.

If you get my drift . . .
Agreed.
The PTB been patient for a very long time, decades. They are very close to their final goal, a de facto world governance run by unelected bureaucrats / technocrats. We are either at or past the tipping point. I suspect past. They will not let a Trey Gowdy or Cliven Bundy or armed men in Mexico standing up to the drug cartels stand in their way.
It's all over but the name change. However the name in the ultimate deception will not be changed, nor will our flag, nor or pretend borders, nor our national anthem, nor our pretend freedoms, nor the pretend adherence to the constitution. We are living the Chinese curse of interesting times
I would love to be proven wrong. We are living the Chinese curse of interesting times.

Just remember after Jimmy Carter came Ronald Reagan and there was plenty of despair around in those Carter days.
It seemed pretty hopeless. Yeah, I know, maybe not this much, but it was bad.
