Mark Levin explains that Obama has set up political units in the EPA and most likely throughout all the Federal Government bureaucracies (such as in the IRS scandal) to illegally obstruct investigations and to report back to Obama.

Once again the conduct of Obama & Co. parallels the conduct of the Soviets when they ruled the Soviet Union. Remember the film "The Hunt for Red October" in which there were 2 GRU agents aboard the ship, one known, the other hidden? That was typical Soviet policy. Every major government entity and military unit had a Commissar in place to make sure everyone was adhering to the Party line. It matter not if the agent had any expertise in his assigned area but only that he monitor political attitudes.

Now Obama mirrors that policy and its not the first time he has emulated the Soviets. This is no coincidence.
