The fact that it took this long for this story to get out to the general public shows how deep both political parties are in on making money in this. Otherwise, there would have been hearings out the ass on this scam.

Yup.
This was a very small story when it happened. The programming obvious had been around and running. What little was in the media concentrated on the theft of proprietary property, not the probable rigging of the market for who knows how long. .
