I seem to recall this sham starting with the Clinton library. Excuse me I meant the Clinton "Presidential Center".

It's no longer just a library. The museum showcases [stolen] artifacts from Clinton's two terms as president.

This couple has always found such "noble" ways to have people give them money -- without any strings attached of course!
