Ugh. A&E has now kicked Phil Robertson off the show because of his comments.
EW – A&E broke its silence on Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson’s anti-gay comments late Wednesday.
The network announced it Robertson is off the show for the time being.
The network issued the following statement to EW: “We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series Duck Dynasty. His personal views in no way reflect those of A+E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community. The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely.”
An A&E spokesperson confirmed this statement means exactly what it says: Robertson is kicked off the show for an undetermined period of time. The rest of his family will continue on the series.
Congratulations A&E. Now you’ve made Phil Robertson more popular now than ever.
I hope his family backs him up and dumps the show entirely until A&E restores him…that is, if they can legally do so. This is wrong and A&E shouldn’t punish Phil Robertson for having an opinion that’s different from their own.

Move over "Pawn Stars", "Swamp People" etc...
I've got a feelin' you're going to have some new neighbors.

Looks like A&E is going to lose a lot of viewers and probably this top rated show as well. They can go f themselves if they think that they can pull this PC shit and get away with it.

If I'm not mistaken, Frank, DD was the most watched program in the history of cable TV.
A&E had better stop walking like Liberace and start walking like a duck.
Eh, when you get right down to it, though, I know Phil feels the same way I do about it...
He's made his money so, screw 'em! "I'm going duck hunting".

That poster reminds me of conservations I've had with friends. We all remember from growing up two male or female friends who lived together for economic reasons, either divorced or never found the right person. Often they helped financially with raising nieces or nephews. Many we are certain were homosexual but they lived a low profile life and were never 'in your face', demanding special treatment as a protected down trodden group.

Yes. There is another story out today about a man being fired simply for being a heterosexual family man over at the New York Post. I'm becoming increasingly convinced that 'equality' and 'fairness' is not what the gay agenda wants. They will not be satisfied until their culture or lifestyle is superior to the traditional family unit, and anyone who opposes their agenda can expect loss of employment or jail. They want to silence and persecute Christians - which makes them the real bigots here. And its time we called them on it.

Thanks for the link. Good on him for suing. The three other married coaches who were fired ought to join in .
IMHO the gay agenda was created by marxists/communists/statists/fascists to address an imaginary crisis.
