Thank you for adding this, Algernonpj. Chilling beyond words for what it charges, but also because no one is stopping this; and the bad guys prosper despite the evidence of misconduct. We have here a foreshadowing of the Mueller report on President Trump and it doesn't look good.
This does resolve one issue for me, however. I have been wondering how Obama knew which individuals to select, beyond Holder and Lynch, to politically weaponize the DOJ/FBI. Now I know.
