Hypocrite Hillary's monstrously shameless and self-serving defense of Bill’s abuse of power with Monica means no feminist can ever support her again
[BUT WE ALL HAVE KNOWN THIS FOR MANY, MANY YEARS!!! TM]
By Piers Morgan, 15 October 2018
Imagine if it was revealed today that Donald Trump has been having ‘sexual relations’ with a 22-year-old White House intern ever since he became President?
Then imagine if it emerged that most of those ‘sexual relations’ had taken place in the Oval Office, the most powerful and revered room in America?
And finally, imagine if luridly unedifying details of the affair began to spill out revealing how the President spoke on the phone with members of Congress while receiving oral sex from the intern and used a cigar on her as a sexual tool?
All hell would break loose, right?
I mean, there would literally be the outrage equivalent of 1000 volcanoes simultaneously erupting. If Donald Trump was having an affair with a White House intern, all hell would break loose No doubt leading the charge of indignant moral fire and brimstone would be that ferocious defender of all things feminist, Hillary Rodham Clinton
If Donald Trump was having an affair with a White House intern, all hell would break loose. No doubt leading the charge of indignant moral fire and brimstone would be that ferocious defender of all things feminist, Hillary Rodham Clinton. She would be frenzied
Just look at the liberal fury over claims that Trump may have bedded a porn star 15 years ago, long before he ever became a politician.
And leading the charge of indignant moral fire and brimstone would be that ferocious defender of all things feminist, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Let’s be honest, a ravenous Cheetah (pun intended..) in the African bush would have moved slower to pounce on a stricken, wounded gazelle than Hillary would have moved to sink her fangs into Trump’s quivering presidential carcass.
‘This is a disgraceful abuse of power!’ she would have screamed, loudly and repeatedly.
And she would have been absolutely right.
In fact, it’s hard to think of a more grotesque abuse of power than the most powerful man in the world setting his lust-crazed sexual sights on a powerless young female employee several decades younger than him – isn’t it?
Now, let’s imagine President Trump then went on national television and point blank lied about having sex with the intern, insisting: ‘I did NOT have sexual relations with that woman.’
(Admittedly, this is not the most unimaginable thing in the world to think Trump might do in such a situation…)
And then imagine it being proved, courtesy of a semen-stained blue dress and secret tapes, that he had indeed had sexual relations with THAT woman?
I honestly don’t think the spleens of cable news anchors, Democrats and liberal celebrities could cope with the full scale of frenzied bile that would suddenly vent inside them.
And the single most frenzied of them all would be Hillary Clinton.
She would instantly hit social media and the airwaves to incessantly rant that Trump HAD to resign.
She would assert that not only had Trump committed the ultimate #MeToo crime by desecrating some poor innocent intern INSIDE THE OVAL OFFICE - he had then LIED about it to the American people.
Hillary’s wrath and demand for justice would know no bounds, and she would have the full, hysterical support of the liberal community in her mission to bring Trump crashing down.
None of this supposition is remotely contentious.
We all know that’s exactly how Hillary would behave if it were Trump who was the offender. During an interview with CBS, Hillary emphatically said that her husband's affair, when he was 49 and president, with his 22-year-old intern was not an abuse of power and that he was right to not resign in its wake
Yet it wasn’t Trump who did all that, it was her own husband Bill – with Monica Lewinsky.
And when she was asked on CBS Sunday yesterday if she thought what Bill, who was 49 at the time, did to Monica constituted an ‘abuse of power’, Hillary was emphatic: No. No.’ Her reason? Because Monica ‘was an adult.’
She was equally empathetic when she was asked if Bill, as New York Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand recently suggested, should have resigned over the scandal: ‘Absolutely not.’
Flustered Hillary then tried to deflect the conversation back to Trump, saying: ‘But let me ask you this: where’s the investigation of the current President of whom numerous allegations have been made and which he dismisses, denies and ridicules?’
To his credit, the interviewer, Tony Dokoupil, persisted in holding Hillary’s feet to the flames - asking her what role she had played in criticizing the character of the women who accused her husband of sexual assault.
‘None,’ she replied. ‘No role. I take responsibility for my life and my actions.’
This last assertion was a blatant lie: Hillary infamously called Gennifer Flowers ‘trailer trash’ and ‘some failed cabaret singer’, and Monica ‘a narcissistic loony toon.’ And for her to demand an investigation into Trump’s sexual conduct when many outstanding sexual assault claims against Bill remain un-investigated was beyond parody.
But far more egregious is her implication that Bill’s behaviour with Monica never amounted to ‘an abuse of power’ because her adult status rendered that notion impossible.
If that were true, then none of the #MeToo scandals that have been exposed in the past year – from Weinstein and Lauer to Rose and Moonves - would qualify as ‘abuse of power’ because all the victims were adults at the time.
So what Hillary’s really doing is saying the whole #MeToo movement is a total sham.
I assumed such an overtly offensive suggestion would spark tremendous anger from #MeToo campaigners and feminists all over the world.
It certainly would have done had Donald Trump said it.
Yet instead, there has been a stunning silence from all the usual suspects you might expect to condemn such a shocking betrayal of the sisterhood.
Where are the likes of Meryl, Chelsea Handler, Cher and Madonna when the girls REALLY need them?
The answer is they won’t whack publicly Hillary for this because they’re all just as hypocritical as she is.
To them, Trump’s the Devil, Hillary’s an Angel, and those are the narratives that must be adhered to at all times, and never deviated from, regardless of anything she says or does to the contrary. Shame on them for their absurd double standard.
And shame on Hillary too.
By saying that what her husband did to Monica Lewinsky was not an abuse of power, Hillary Clinton confirmed she’s not a feminist - she’s a self-serving, self-righteous, sanctimonious and shameless hypocrite.

Quite true and the reactions of her feminist colleagues shows they are no different.

Actually, she's a bipedal reptile. Like a therapod, only cold blooded...
