"Critics say it is government overreach lacking common sense – and note that people have heated their homes with wood for thousands of years."
Ya think?
How long before they ban fireplaces from being built in homes as well?
The EPA must have law making capabilities now because isn't creating a "ban on the manufacture of wood stoves", a commercial product, the same as writing a Law? this reaches right into people's lives and homes. The people must fight back against this over reach by insisting that Congress write such laws and the people must stop all these agencies from regulating without the approval of congress!
We saw the NPS become agents of Obama during the shut down. This rogue agency rule is something that must be stopped.
“It is not the function of the government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to keep the government from falling into error”. Justice Robert H. Jackson (Chief of Counsel for the United States, Nuremberg Trials – Nazi Germany)
Time to "stand down" the over reaching agencies like the EPA.

"Our problem is not the Islamic radical, but the inherent radicalism of Islam. Islam is a radical religion. It radicalizes those who follow it. Every atrocity we associate with Islamic radicals is already in Islam. The Koran is not the solution to Islamic radicalism, it is the cause."
"As President Obama forges ahead in his fight against climate change, Laurence Tribe, a leading Harvard Law School scholar, says a central piece of the president’s strategy is akin to “burning the Constitution” merely to advance an environmental agenda."
“EPA is attempting an unconstitutional trifecta — usurping the prerogatives of the states, the Congress and the federal courts all at once,” he continued. “Burning the Constitution of the United States … cannot be a part of our national energy policy.”
