MILWAUKEE — Scott Walker was gone. Dropped out. And in the spring of his senior year.
In 1990, that news stunned his friends at Marquette University. Walker, the campus’s suit-wearing, Reagan-loving politico — who enjoyed the place so much that he had run for student body president — had left without graduating.
He didn't graduate. So he has some good company... Bill Gates for example. But that's the extent of the information needed to write this hit piece on Walker. Walker needs to strike out at the WaPo for writing this hack job, like the Gingrich model cited yesterday.
The reporter interviewed his college professors at Marquette who managed to recollect him coming late to class and not being a very good student. Saying such negative things about him, like he was an indifferent student in his French class? Doesn't it remind you of how they dug up all that dirt on President Obama from his college days? How they interviewed all his Choom Gang buddies? NOT!
They found class mates who said good things about Walker, for example:
On campus, Walker made a close group of friends, who gathered weekly to watch the iconic 1980s television drama “Thirtysomething” and cook dinner on Sunday nights. They remember Walker as fun, upbeat and cautious: If you were planning a prank, you knew not to even ask him to join in.
But somehow the information all managed to be cast in a suspicious light, "what? a college kid who wouldn't join in on a prank? We got him now!"
The fact is that they don't know why he didn't graduate from Marquette, other than what Walker himself has said, he got a job.
WOW!!! the Democratic Propaganda Machine is in full operation now. Remember it's the effect that matters, not the facts. They want to create the negative effect of something sinister going on....just like they did with President Obama, right? TM

Stop trying to make the Ferguson protests something they weren’t. And, just as importantly, stop trying to make Michael Brown, the man shot to death during a fight with police Office Darren Wilson in August, something he wasn’t.
“If you look at the most credible evidence, the lessons are really basic ... don’t rob a convenience store. Don’t fight with a policeman when he stops you and try to take his gun. And when he yells at you to stop, just stop.”
Walker scares the shit out of the Left. The Leftist threw absolutely everything they could muster against him multiple times in a Blue state and he still kicked their ass. All this garbage has been used already to damage him and it does the opposite.
I'll bet the next thing this Leftist rag front pages is the fake corruption charges when he was County Executive.

There are currently 5,000+ comments on this piece, and, as TK notes, many question WaPo's 7 year disinterest in Bambi's school records. Bambi's defenders say it doesn't matter any more as he's President so it's a moot point. But that isn't the point. WaPo's sudden interest in Walker's college years while it was indifferent to Bambi's is highly suggestive of bias and slanted news. Highly suggestive.
