Nidal Hasan guilty on all counts 13 counts of murder, 32 counts of attempted murder August 22, 2013
(NBC) – Major Nidal Hasan, who Army prosecutors said was on a Jihad mission to kill soldiers, has been found guilty of all 13 counts of premeditated murder for the attack on U-S soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas in 2009.
The military jury also found Hasan guilty of 32 counts of premeditated attempted murder.
Both votes were unanimous by the military panel members in his court-martial hearing.
Under military law, Maj. Hasan’s conviction on at least two counts of premeditated murder makes him eligible for the death penalty.
In order for Hasan to face the death penalty, the jury’s 11 men and two women had to find him unanimously guilty of at least one count of premeditated murder as well as another mu . . ."
For criminy sake it took FOUR years and a long trial to figure that out? What a farce!
Figure out some way to degrade and insult his religion and then use it to execute him. Personally I favor tying a piglet around his neck and then hanging him. Then toss his body in a garbage dump. Be done with it.
