Well the bread is ready tonight Sanguine, once again.
I like to make my bread often. It's therapeutic for me. And usually I'm trying something different each couple of days. Here's tonight's twist. It's 30% whole wheat flour and uses the refrigerated dough method known as "artisan bread in 5 minutes a day" This was a very satisfying outcome!

Sure! Those are beer rolls and I used Hoponius Union, brewed by Jack's Abbey! India Pale Lager combines IPA hops with the longer lager brewing style for a smoother more crisp taste.

Sounds like the makings of a wonderful appetizer!
The refrigerator method makes the dough ahead and puts it in the fridge. You make it, let it rise a few hours on the counter and then pop it into the refrigerator to meld together. The dough becomes like a sourdough and will keep like this for a few weeks. I keep one pound in reserve, adding new dough to the old batch each time to encourage this development of flavor.
