So the witnesses who claimed he was shot in the back lied or were “confused” (Also some of the same people saying his hands were up). This more readily matches the story we posted about earlier, that Brown may have charged the officer.
Via NY Times:
FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

To clarify another issue. The coroner, Michael Baden, who did this autopsy, did not have the clothing of Brown, so he could not make an assessment of the powder residue on the clothing. So he could not conclusively determine whether Brown was shot at a distance or not.
This autopsy directly contradicts the account of Dorian Johnson, the man who was with Brown:
Mr. Johnson said that he hid behind a parked car and that Mr. Brown was struck by a bullet in his back as he ran away, an account that Dr. Baden’s autopsy appears to contradict.

Don't you hate it when their story gets contradicted by the facts? Well I smelled something fishy when the friend says they politely told the officer that they'd stop walking down the middle of the street when they got where they were going, which was just ahead. That had to have been the start of the confrontation. After that the testimony of the police officer has yet to be heard but there could well have been a better course of action for him to take than this deadly confrontation for the crime of defiant jay-walking.

I've been hearing some of the wounds were both "entrance" and "exit." Not to sound dumb, but does that mean he wasn't actually shot 6 times, but has 6 wounds?
I don't know if we will ever get the full truth on this (I think we have bits and pieces of the first two Preliminary results), waiting for the THIRD autopsy that should really cloud everything up good!!

Including the ones on his head, where one does not normally wear clothing?

In the store robbery video it appears he is wearing a dark baseball cap, backwards of course.

I take that back. It was a red cap and it wasn't backwards.
The video from the store robbery has still shots here:

OK, TM, here is a graphic of one of the autopsy reports (which may or may not have been done by an actual expert), and at least two of the wounds were in areas where clothing would not normally be worn.
