Along with this change to gay friendly menu items, BK is also adding Buffalo Chicken Strips in the shape of butt plugs and Tarter Sauce on the fish sandwich doubles now as lube. Just remember this when you are trying to choose a fast food burger. I think I will be passing on BK.....
ZitatBurger King is trying to let its gay customers have it their way with a new sandwich called the "Proud Whopper."
The gay-pride burger is being sold at one Burger King restaurant in San Francisco on Market Street through Thursday. The sandwich is served in a rainbow-colored wrapper that reads, "We are all the same inside."
"It showcases who we are as a brand," Fernando Machado, senior vice president of global brand management at Burger King, told USA Today. "It shows how we, as a brand, believe in self-expression."
The Market Street Burger King sold Proud Whoppers last weekend during San Francisco's gay pride parade and handed out rainbow Burger King crowns.
The burger sells for $4.29 and the only way it differs from the traditional Whopper is its wrapper.
Proceeds from the burger will be donated to scholarships for LGBT high school seniors graduating in 2015.

YUK Frank!
Yeah no more BK for me. I don't have any desire to be thinking about gay "pride" while eating a whopper. It's cross purpose.
They're sinking fast.

When an executive from Chick-fil-a was shown to have contributed his own money, not the company's, to the National Organization for Marriage, the homos and their Liberal allies went berserk, called for a boycott, and made it a national issue.
This bit from BK is far more egregious yet only becomes known through Conservative samizdat. No one calls for massive demonstrations, there are no threats of violence, and the media does it's job by ignoring the whole thing. Calls for a boycott are muted and limited to groups like this.
Such is the reality of 21st century America.
"It's inexcusable, and Americans are right to be angry about it, and I am angry about it. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior in any agency, but especially in the IRS, given the power that it has and the reach that it has into all of our lives. ... I'll do everything in my power to make sure nothing like this happens again by holding the responsible parties accountable. ..." -- President Barack Obama condemning "misconduct" at the Internal Revenue Service, May 15, 2013.
We don't need to organize. That place was failing badly. Whenever there is a BK beside a McDonalds, the McDs is burgeoning and the BK is empty.
This Pride Campaign is a weird stab at survival if you ask me. Being gay and eating burgers are in no way related. Being gay and selling crap hamburger are not related. The good-goodies MAY want to go here but the 95% of us could care less and even worse, are revolted by the IN YOUR FACE nature of this company's promoting a lifestyle of death.

Brooklyn Muslims turn vacant Burger King into temporary mosque
The fast food joint in Sheepshead Bay sat empty for two years before worshippers moved in. Adherents needed a place to pray during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan while a permanent home is under construction.
