A splendid piece by Vctor Davis Hanson over at NR which is aptly subtitled: The right ideological credentials mean never having to say you’re sorry
A rather good summary of the double standard which exist in how Conservatives and Liberals are treated when it comes to political correctness.
How do you ensure that you won’t be ostracized, denounced, or fired if you are a media celebrity, captain of industry, or high public official? How? By having "progressive" insurance.
As a side note, I would like to beat that annoying POS Flo from the Progressive commercials with a pipe wrench and dump her lifeless body off the George Washington Bridge.
"I suck worse than the lousy cut rate insurance I pimp!"

I read the entire piece, it's so true, we know it is. I wish he'd offered us a cure for it though. THAT would have been most helpful.
When Bill Clinton engaged in such obvious predatory sexual behavior and the NOW nags remained SILENT! that's when I first realized that there was such a thing as this "progressive insurance". That woman entered a world of hurt and became damaged goods. She has not recovered from that yet. She naively felt he loved her. Evidently when you're the President of the United States you can tell a young female intern that she makes you so much happier than your wife, get her hopes up that you will leave your wife for her, and then whatever you do with her is considered alright.
'Monica has tried to move forward, but the nightmare of her affair with Bill still haunts her,' a friend told the Enquirer. 'She’s facing 40 without a man in her life, and seething about the way her reputation was destroyed as the whole world watched.' From: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...l#ixzz2z24qRs1B
In Sept 2012, this headline broke: "Monica Lewinsky gets reported $12 million for memoir" But a year and a half later, where's the book? Perhaps it was $12 million to keep her mouth shut.
A reader's comment under the article touting her upcoming memoir book reveals the "progressive insurance" protection working so well. "Move on, Monica. Nobody cares any more. You're just embarrassing yourself further with what is obviously a plaintive cry for attention. Bill Clinton may have poor judgement regarding relationships, but so do you."
[insert clip of Hillary in her green dress with prism glasses saying "What difference does it make?"]
The progressive can blame the victim in such a cold manner and get away with it! Monica was just one more "consenting adult" in Bill's life of misogyny. Forget about the corporate sexual standard of unequal power, it doesn't apply to progressive presidents. But if this sexual predator had been a conservative? then the progressive army would have left hell in a fury, Monica would have been a victim of a ruthless sexual fiend who wielded his perverted power over her and the pervert would have been dealt his just punishment.
Oh well, her bad. As it was, Monica became a trashy girl begging a weak man for sex. She merely got what she wanted. No foul. The progressive press joined the progressive President and the progressive NOW devils to let her know that it was wrong what she did and it was now time for her to "put some ice on that lip".
I hope that the $12 million helps to make it better and she doesn't ever write the book.

Quote: Frank Cannon wrote in post #4Monica only got that money 2 years ago. Considering she is a Rat and mentally deficient, it will take her at least another 5 years to write that book.
When is one of these Rats going to come over to seeing things our way? Wouldn't you think one of these abused ones would see their hypocrisy and come over? But no. Monica's [former?] Rabbi David Wolpe, is no fan of Bill Clinton and said of him in 1998, 'He was a brilliant, talented, extraordinary child, and for the leader of the United States we need an adult.' Again four years ago he wrote an op-ed piece critical of BC, but did that stop him from occupying the same stage with him and doing the benediction at a DNC function?
Nope.
