She was terrible. In discussion yesterday Larry Kudlow indicated that Obamacare was run more out of the White House than Katherine Sebelius' office. He seemed to discount her failure and place more blame with the President. Seems the web site failure was hers though.
I love how nobody accepts any blame anymore. Nobody even admits they were unsuccessful.
They all hold their head high in the face of enormous failure, it's pathological.

The PTB have a world view that is both idealistic and counter to observable reality. Any inconvenient truths are flat out denied.
In the statist world view there is no individual achievement or accountability. We are all exactly the same and therefore ought to have exactly the same outcomes in life. Anyone can be or do anything. All that is required is self identification. If different people have different outcomes it is because of racism, ethnic privilege, insufficient big government tinkering.
The web site failure is an example of fascism/crony capitalism and the belief no special talents, experience, sense of responsibility, pride in one's work, or even hard work are required to create a functioning web site that accurately processes requests for information and purchases.
