Western Showdown: Rancher Cliven Bundy Versus Obama Regime
Apr 08 2014
What would you rather have, beef or allegedly endangered desert tortoises? If you are politically correct, you answered desert tortoises — and our rulers are the quintessence of politically correct. Consequently:
ZitatA Ruby Ridge-style standoff is brewing in Nevada, where dozens of armed federal agents are closing in on cattle rancher Cliven Bundy over claims that Bundy has allowed his cows to graze illegally on government land, endangering a protected species of tortoise.
Vowing to take a stand for, “your liberty and freedom,” Bundy says he is prepared to be killed as authorities surround a 600,000 acre section of public land as a result of Bundy violating a 1993 Bureau of Land Management ruling which changed grazing rights in order to protect the endangered desert tortoise.
“With all these rangers and all this force that is out here, they are only after one man right now. They are after Cliven Bundy. Whether they want to incarcerate me or whether they want to shoot me in the back, they are after me. But that is not all that is at stake here. Your liberty and freedom is at stake,” Bundy said. …
Feds postponed a similar raid in 2012 over fears the action would spur violence. Bundy has drawn a lot of support from the local community and protesters are heading to the area to demand authorities back off. Officials have created a taped off “First Amendment Area” where demonstrators can voice their concerns. A sign placed inside the area reads “Welcome to Amerika – Wake Up” alongside a hammer and sickle logo.
The Obama Regime appears to mean business this time. Cliven’s son Dave was arrested for taking photographs outside the “First Amendment Zone.” The federal government has deployed snipers against unarmed members of the Bundy family, just like Russian puppet Viktor Yanukovych recently did in the Ukraine.
The establishment media is predictably portraying Bundy as an outlaw. But his neighbors don’t seem to agree:
Feds move in on Nevada rancher's herd over illegal grazing

The fight involves a 600,000-acre area under BLM control called Gold Butte, near the Utah border. The vast and rugged land is the habitat of the protected desert tortoise, and the land has been off-limits for cattle since 1998. Five years before that, when grazing was legal, Bundy stopped paying federal fees for the right.
“For more than two decades, cattle have been grazed illegally on public lands in northeast Clark County,” the BLM said in a statement. “BLM and (the National Park Service) have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter administratively and judicially. Impoundment of cattle illegally grazing on public lands is an option of last resort.”

Just before the round-up began this weekend, Bundy said federal agents surrounded his 150-acre ranch. His son was arrested on Sunday in an incident involving the agents.
“They’ve been bringing men in and equipment and setting up a compound,” Bundy told FoxNews.com Monday. “They got helicopters flying low. They got snipers around the ranch. Our access to public lands has been blocked.”

“We’re not pointing guns at anyone but we’re sure getting a lot of guns pointed at us.” - Carol Bundy, wife of Nevada rancher
Bundy said he is worried BLM might try to turn the situation into another Waco or Ruby Ridge.
“Yeah, there’s a little fear in me,” Bundy said. “They’re definitely set up to do that.”
The solution to this is so simple even Stevie Wonder could spot it.
All rancher Cliven Bundy needs to do is change his name to something like Carlos Bunez, declare he's an illegal alien (um, excuse me, un-documented worker) and demand possession of the land (as his due, of course).
The KING (aka Dear Leader) will have no choice but to give him what he wants
