A man was arrested Tuesday night for attempting to have sex with a parked van in Dayton, Ohio, police said.

Police responded around around 8 p.m. Tuesday to a call reporting a man “pulling his pants down and swinging on a stop sign,” WDTN reported.

When they arrived, they found and apprehended Michael Henson, 35, who appeared intoxicated or high, according to the Dayton Daily News.

When police spoke with the caller who had contacted police, she said she had seen Henson inserting “his genitals in the grill of a red van” parked nearby before passing out in someone’s yard, WDTN reported. She added that she called to report the behavior when Henson, who was wearing only black shorts and shoes, stood up and began walking around.

Henson was charged with two counts of public indecency and placed on $2,500 bond, according to jail records. He was arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
