One of the things that has always puzzled me is that although it is very difficult to see and accept that you have been lied to and betrayed by those you trusted - why are some able to see what is actually going on and others just stay comfortably in denial.
YES! I call it the battered wife syndrome. Some of those wives wake up and get the heck out of dodge, others remain in their situation pretending it really isn't as bad as it is getting beaten more and more until they either die or wake up.
I see the Cruz voters as being comfortably in denial still getting beat up day after day telling themselves if they just do this or do that things will turn around. The Trump voters on the other hand are wide awake and are in a last ditch effort to raise a ship that is already sinking. While they are frantically plugging up the holes or trying to, the Cruz voters are sitting there split up into 2 camps: some praying the ship won't sink, the others feebly attempting to bail out the water, but both of them attacking the guys actually trying to plug up the frickin holes! Battered wife syndrome.
Well, Gramma, you're wrong about us Cruz supporters. In fact, Cruz is the one candidate who is actually likely to do what he says he will do, based on his history. Trump's history is one of a left-leaning, progressive businessperson, who is willing to schmooze, finagle and pay anyone to get where he wants to go. Now, if that's what you want, that's fine. But, I do object to your putting down Cruz supporters in order to justify your support of Trump.
Are you familiar with Cruz's platform and proposals? Just wondering.
Nope don't think so. Cruz supporters simply don't have all the facts, they've been snookered. Here are the real facts on Teddy's supposed conservative positions and flip flopping:...
Now, Gramma, I'm going to try to be as short and sweet as possible, but I admit beforehand it's going to be difficult.
This type of crap is exactly what give Trump supporters a bad name. Thank you for labeling me stupid and snookered in addition to "being like a beaten wife". (And, that from a Trump-supporter!)
I'm not going to comb through your "documentation". The last time I confronted you on something you came up with a really weird fact-less site that proved whatever point you were trying to make only if you completely suspended disbelief.
Bottom line: it doesn't make your candidate look any better by belittling your fellow posters and posting dubious and fallacious stories.
Your sweet response comes across as arrogant and patronizing. I wish I had a dollar for every Trump supporter who told me they were voting for Trump because of how they treated as "low-info" by Cruz supporters when the Cruz supporters had refused to follow through on the research!

At least I tried.
Oh, no, ma'am, I'm not going to let you get away with that. You posted two incredibly arrogant and patronizing comments, and I responded to them. Perhaps your not bringing a blowtorch to an internet forum would minimize that sort of thing.
What I see is an equal blow torch and condescension coming from you. You don't like facts against Cruz - that's what I see. I've apparently hit a nerve.
Well its your board so have fun with the few people remaining. See ya.
Zitat Lynch is just doing her job preparing the way to global governance according to international law and the dictates of an unelected arrogant global elite.
I can't think of one thing to add to that, except "Amen."
