Okay, I really have no skin in this game. I was going to root for the Broncos for on other reason than I have a buddy rooting for the Seahawks. But then, this:
Alicia Quaco works at two jobs. Nothing surprising about that; many Americans have a “day job”, and another job to help make ends meet.
But Alicia’s combination is a little unusual – probably unique. Her day job is working for Uncle Sam in the military – she’s a first lieutenant in the US Air Force.
And, what does she do in the evenings? She goes to training practice for her second job as a member of the cheerleading squad for the Seattle Seahawks!
Yeah, that seals the deal.
Unless the Broncos have a cheerleader with a purple heart, I'm sticking with Seattle
No question that the best team is going to win tonight.

Wait didn’t he trash football, say it should be changed and that he would never let a son of his play pro ball?
That's no way to throw a football either. If he had a son he'd never be allowed to play this game. no worries mr president.
Stay away from baseball too. Miley Cyrus would look better on the mound than you!

It didn;t matter which team won. We were all losers. This was easily the worst bowl game EVER!!! Two worthless teams, Roger Goodell, unknown Half Time act, crappy venue, lazy and predictable commercials. Time would have been better spent watching reruns of The Kardashiens.
Now that it's too late to spoil anyone's fun, what struck me is that what was billed as the 'First Mass Transit' super bowl looked a great deal like the 'First Police State' super bowl. The level of screening and restrictions on those who attended were absolutely creepy.
Very ugly game for the Broncos and a thing of beauty for defensive aficionados.
The Seahawk's defensive effort was reminiscent of the '85 Bears.
Personally, I knew the game was over on the first errant snap from scrimmage. I could see the nervousness in the Broncos, even Peyton Manning looked bumfuzzled, but the Seahawks came ready to play.
The game was not without a few moments of levity...
