I've always liked Bishop TD Jakes. He has preached and taught some great lessons on God's love on display in the relationship between a man and his wife. I didn't know he was pro-abortion. That doesn't make sense.

As for this issue, people are rightly appalled at such lawless acts against innocent victims. If these criminal acts are emanating from one segment of our society, it's up to that community's spiritual leaders to address the violence and condemn such as character flaws as evidence of depravity.

This lawless game has always been about the horrendous lack of character displayed by those doing the attacks. The pseudo religious leader/pimps who don't want to address the issue of character are largely profiting from the framing of all these evil deeds as color profiling.

Clearly this "problem" is one of character not color. The Redeemed by Christ know that God can transform anyone's lack of character. Our Christian vision is for this perfect society where men are living under God. Certainly we should realize what the cure's crosshairs need to focus on as the real problem, IF we are going to have any hope of Redemption coming from this situation.

And what's the real problem? It is the utter depravity of the perps and their need for Christ's redemption. While that message cannot be proclaimed by the government it sure as &^* should be proclaimed by the Reverend Al's and the Reverend Jessie's of these communities. If these "Reverends" fail to address the real problem and bow to the altar of economic disparity there is no hope, no remedy.
