Supreme Court Decides Not to Hear GOP Challenge in Pennsylvania – Another Day Another Trump Case Not Heard By Joe Hoft Published April 19, 2021 at 3:21pm
In another outrageous move, the US Supreme Court decided not to hear a Pennsylvania case brought by the Republicans and the Trump Administration. Yahoo News reported:
ZitatThe Supreme Court won’t take an appeal by Pennsylvania Republicans claiming that the state’s secretary of state exceeded its authority when expanding deadlines for mail-in ballots last year due to the pandemic, according to NBC News.
Why it matters: This is another refusal by the Supreme Court to take up litigation regarding the 2020 presidential election, despite the efforts of GOP leaders and supporters of former President Trump to push baseless claims of voter fraud.
Only three of the court’s conservative judges dissented.
We reported in February how the state of Pennsylvania is officially a Banana Republic. It really can’t get more corrupt.
