I have long believed th shifting of the North Pole presages a reversal of the poles which has happened many times before. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geomagnetic_reversal This will not only have an extremely dramatic impact (duh!), but also explains the climate changes we are witnessing that Thunberg and other eminent scientists blame on human activity.
