ZitatCNN's town hall about climate change will feature 10 Democratic presidential candidates and last seven hours.
The network revealed the format for its Sept. 4 town hall on Tuesday. The event, which is scheduled to last from 5 p.m. to after 11 p.m., will consist of CNN hosts moderating a town hall discussion with each individual candidate for 40 minutes at a time. CNN chief climate correspondent Bill Weir will question the candidates throughout the evening, as well.
The schedule of speakers is slated in the following order:
Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro at 5 p.m. Former tech executive Andrew Yang at 5:40 p.m. California Sen. Kamala Harris at 6:20 p.m. Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar at 7 p.m. Former Vice President Joe Biden at 8 p.m. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders at 8:40 p.m. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 9:20 p.m. South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg at 10 p.m. Former Rep. Beto O'Rourke at 10:40 p.m. New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker at 11:20 p.m.
