Deep State Playbook: Comparing Plamegate and RussiagateThe only “Mueller Report” that matters was not written by Robert Mueller III. It’s written about him, and his co-conspirators.
Long before the Russiagate hoax began, the authors examined the Special Counsel methods of then FBI director Robert Mueller, former Deputy Attorney General James Comey, and once U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald, before and during Plamegate.
We found that all three acted with an intent to serve and protect the Deep State. .
Their modus operandi (M.O.) reflects Mueller’s Fake Investigation Playbook.
The M.O. of the Playbook was evident during the George W. Bush administration in Plamegate. Then, before and during the first term of the Trump administration, it was replicated.
Below is a step-by-step comparison of the Playbook’s 10 steps during two Special Counsel episodes. Step 1: Create false documents; recruit and deploy operatives
Plamegate: After a false document claiming Saddam Hussein was trying to buy yellowcake uranium from Niger, the CIA sent Joe Wilson (Valerie Plame’s husband) to Niger to investigate the alleged sale of yellowcake uranium. Subsequently, Wilson published his op-ed in the New York Times. (See “Plamegate” was a CIA/State Dept. disinformation campaign)
Russiagate: The wife of Department of Justice official Bruce Orh’s, Nellie Orh, coordinated the crafting and distribution of the Steele Dossier from within Fusion GPS. Then, operatives were used to entrap George Papadopoulos in a disinformation campaign claiming that Russian’s were helping Trump get elected. (See George Papadopoulos Explains How He Was Illegally Spied on by the Obama Administration—a video—and The Hill’s article Nellie Ohr’s ‘Hi Honey’ emails to DOJ about Russia collusion should alarm us all) Step 2: Fabricate a crime to distract attention away from known criminals
Plamegate: The identity of the leaker who exposed Plame as a CIA employee was known by Mueller in 2001, years before the Plamegate “investigation,” as being Under Secretary of State Marc Grossman. (See Plamegate Revisited: Who Really Leaked Valerie Plame’s Cover?)
Russiagate: The search for Russians, with whom the Trump campaign allegedly colluded, was a false inquiry that avoided addressing the Clinton collusion with Russians that brought a multi-million-dollar contribution to the Clinton Foundation. (See Uranium One informant says Moscow paid millions in bid to influence Clinton) Step 3: Gag witnesses of real crimes, and destroy evidence of those crimes and criminals
Plamegate: Mueller silenced Sibel Edmonds before the Plamegate investigation because Edmonds heard Grossman tell a Turkish official that Plame worked for the CIA. Mueller, with the help of Attorney General John Ashcroft, hid the wiretap recordings of Grossman claiming that Edmonds was gagged in the interest of national security. (See Who’s Afraid of Sibel Edmonds?)
Russiagate: Mueller silenced Uranium One informant William Campbell prior to the Russiagate investigation. Campbell blew the whistle that Hillary Clinton was involved in illegal activities with the Russian government. Eventually, her emails, her and her associates’ computers, and the associates’ cell phones under subpoena at the time, were destroyed. Also, some in Clinton’s inner circle were given immunity to avoid testifying. (See EXCLUSIVE: How Mueller Has Been Silencing Whistleblowers To Set Up Fake Special Counsels For Years and Stunning. Step 4: Feed fake narratives to compliant and complicit reporters
Plamegate: Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage planted the false narrative that, in 2003, he outed Plame as a CIA employee. But Armitage knew that Grossman, a friend of Plame’s who reported to Armitage, had exposed Plame’s CIA employment years earlier. (See Armitage On CIA Leak: ‘I Screwed Up’)
Russiagate: Top officials in the Intelligence Community, including then CIA Director John Brennan, planted the story in the media that the Russians hacked the DNC server. But the emails and documents retrieved from the DNC server were downloaded by someone with direct access, not by outside hackers. Neither Mueller, nor Comey, inspected the DNC server or Clinton’s private server. (See Special counsel and FBI didn’t examine DNC servers) Step 5: Project the crimes of those protected by the Deep State onto others
Plamegate: Grossman, who reported directly to Armitage and Secretary of State Colin Powell, was protected. Vice President Cheney’s office was chosen as the target of the fake investigation, particularly Lewis “Scooter” Libby. (See Valerie Plame Wilson’s friend, Marc Grossman, guilty of Treason!)
Russiagate: President Obama colluded with Ukrainians to aid Clinton’s election, and, when that mission failed, Trump was targeted with the collusion accusation. (See Ukrainian Embassy confirms DNC contractor solicited Trump dirt in 2016 and Obama White House Sought Ukraine’s Help In Taking Down Trump)
Step 6: Ensure the Deep State’s choice for Special Counsel is appointed
Plamegate: Ashcroft recused himself from the Plamegate investigation. He claimed he had a conflict of interest, but never revealed that the conflict was based on him having silenced FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds in Judge Reggie Walton’s courtroom. Walton, a FISA Court judge, would eventually preside over the trial of Libby. (See The Department of Justice Blueprint for Fake Investigations)
Newly-appointed Deputy Attorney General James Comey become Acting AG and promptly appointed his close friend, U.S Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald of the Northern District of Illinois, to be Special Counsel investigating the outing of Plame. (See Former U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald guilty of Subornation of Perjury)
Russiagate: Attorney General Jeff Session recused himself from the Russian Collusion investigation because he had crossed paths with a Russian diplomat. Newly appointed Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein became Acting Attorney General in matters concerning Russiagate. He promptly appointed Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate collusion between Trump and the Russians. (See Gohmert: Mueller, Rosenstein ‚ÄòNeed to Be Investigated’—‚ÄòCrimes Have Been Committed’) Step 7: When the predicate crime for an “investigation” is false, widen the scope
Plamegate: Almost immediately after appointing Fitzgerald to be Special Counsel, Comey wrote a memo expanding Fitzgerald’s scope of investigative powers. (See Ashcroft steps out of CIA leak inquiry and Judith Miller blows the whistle on “Special Counsel” Patrick Fitzgerald)
Russiagate: Almost immediately after appointing Mueller as Special Counsel, Rosenstein expanded Mueller’s scope of investigative powers. (See Devin Nunes: No rest until Mueller scope memo released, ‘dirty cops’ rounded up)
Step 8: Ignore the truth while pretending to search for it
Plamegate: Who outed Valerie Plame? False answer: Dick Armitage. Truth: Marc Grossman was caught on an illegal FBI wiretap exposing Plame’s CIA identify in 2001, two years before the fake Plamegate investigation. (See New Witness Emerges In Mueller-Linked Scooter Libby Set-Up)
Russiagate: Who colluded with the Russians to affect the 2016 election? False answer: Candidate Trump’s campaign. Truth: Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration, including top Justice Department and intelligence community officials, worked with Russians, Ukrainians, British intelligence agencies, and other foreign intelligence agencies to spread the false narrative that Trump colluded with the Russians. (See Larry C. Johnson: Intel and Law Enforcement Tried to Entrap Trump and William Barr confirms expanded Justice Department probe of Russia-Clinton links) Step 9: Selected Deep State media operatives publish to advance false narratives
Plamegate: “Hubris: The Inside Story of Spin, Scandal, and the Selling of the Iraq War,” by Michael Isikoff and David Corn (2008) pushed the false narrative that Special Counsel Fitzgerald was appointed to find out who exposed Valerie Plame as a CIA employee.
Russiagate: “Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump,” by Michael Isikoff and David Corn (2018) pushed the false narrative that Donald Trump colluded with Russians. (See EXCLUSIVE: How Deep State ‚ÄòJournalist’ Michael Isikoff Has Been Setting Up Mueller’s Enemies For Years) Step 10: When the predicate to the investigation collapses, pivot to unrelated process crimes
Plamegate: Libby was prosecuted for obstruction of justice because he could not recall details irrelevant to a crime that did not happen. (See Deep State Bombshell: Armitage confirms Mueller and Comey are Dirty Cops!)
Russiagate: Trump is persecuted for resisting false accusations of collusion, and several of his associates are tried for alleged criminal acts unrelated to a collusion that did not happen. Conclusion:
This is the Mueller Report that matters. It displays the M.O. of a cabal of corrupt law enforcement and intelligence officials. On two occasions, the investigators conducted fake inquiries that denied Justice. Consequently, it is they who are guilty of Obstruction of Justice. And, they must be held accountable.
