Reminder: Earth Day Co-Founder Killed and Composted His Girlfriend

It's Earth Day and millions of people across the world are celebrating with events about global warming. President Obama will travel to Florida via fossil fuel powered Air Force One to give a speech in the Everglades and last weekend people in Washington D.C. celebrated early by trashing the National Mall.
But like many far-left movements, Earth Day has a dark past and was co-founded by a guy who killed and composted his girlfriend.

Protecting the environment is a laudable goal, so long as eco-fascism is left out of it. Composting your girlfriend however, is not.
Years ago I read a long magazine article about Einhorn and his murder of Holly Maddux.
Maddux came from a nice family, middle class to upper middle class, and when she would bring Einhorn with her when she visitied them, he would invariably arrive slovenly dressed, wearing no shoes. He would then proceed to put his dirty feet up on whatever piece of furniture was available, including the dining room table. He was an arrogant pig but the Maddux family, out of deference to their daughter, never said a word to him. (He actually did it to show his disdain for them and their lifestyle).
Meanwhile back in Philadelphia, Einhorn became the go to guy on the environment. He was courted, and financially supported, by a great many of the major Philly corporations. (Buying peace, no doubt; think Jackson or Sharpton doing the same, only with race).
After Einhorn fled to France his family and perhaps some environmentalists secretly supported him financially. Finally caught, France wouldn't surrender him to US authority as he was subject to the death penalty, which had to be taken off the table to get his worthless ass back here.
Guess who was his first attorney, the guy who got his bail reduced so he was able to flee PA jurisdiction: Arlen Specter.
