The US President vowed to “ratchet up pressure on Russia” amid fears the fighting in eastern Europe is worsening by the day
Barack Obama today threatened to use all measures - short of military action - to force Vladimir Putin to back down over the Ukraine crisis. He vowed to “ratchet up pressure on Russia” amid fears the fighting in eastern Europe is worsening by the day.
He also warned Putin was “hell-bent on engaging in military conflicts” regardless of the damage it caused to Russians with its sanctions-hit economy nose diving into recession.
The US leader spoke out in India after the West blamed pro-Moscow rebels for the deaths of 30 civilians and injuries to 95 in weekend bloodshed in strategic port city Mariupol.
Russia and separatist forces claim that the Ukrainian army was responsible for the attack on civilians.

Stop trying to make the Ferguson protests something they weren’t. And, just as importantly, stop trying to make Michael Brown, the man shot to death during a fight with police Office Darren Wilson in August, something he wasn’t.
“If you look at the most credible evidence, the lessons are really basic ... don’t rob a convenience store. Don’t fight with a policeman when he stops you and try to take his gun. And when he yells at you to stop, just stop.”
Does anyone else note how inconsistent The Zero is in responding to acts of terror and violence?
I mean after years of Muslim sponsored terror we cannot get this guy to even use the phrase "Islamic extremists"
....and yet today he's calling out Russian for engaging in military conflicts, threatening further sanctions for an attack that happened this very afternoon in the Ukraine. What about waiting to find out who was responsible?? Like he suggested regarding the Paris attacks on journalists?
