The Boeing Co. says its Washington state employees will get bonuses of nearly $600 million in the coming weeks.

It is the largest bonus in company history.

Boeing said the payouts "reward employees for helping Boeing deliver a record number of commercial airplanes and reach new highs in other categories in 2017."

The bonuses will be in paychecks in February and March.
