Geraldo Rivera Denounces Precious Second Amendment as “Blind and Stupid”

Here’s what Geraldo Rivera thinks of our Constitution, our country, and most specifically, our indispensable natural right of self-defense:

Like I always say, the 2nd Amendment, the provision that gives every American the right to keep and bear arms, is blind and stupid. In its relentless pimping for the gun industry, the NRA has unleashed an avalanche of deadly weapons on this gun-crazy country. Just as protects access to weapons for cops and hunters, it also protects access to weapons for domestic abusers, mental patients, jerk-offs on the no-fly list, all-around dim bulbs, and now little children.

The inspiration for this diatribe was the sad case of someone foolishly letting a 9-year-old girl fire an Uzi, with predictable tragic consequences.

No wonder Fox News pays Geraldo the big bucks. Few people could pack so much moronic moonbattery into such a short paragraph.

“Pimping for the gun industry.” Please. When liberals get the political leverage to take our cars away for the sake of the environment, no doubt commies like Geraldo will accuse the opposition of pimping for the auto industry. Even this cheesy dope probably understands that there are very important principals involved. But liberals believe they can win any argument by accusing their opponents of participating in a free market economy.
