"(TRNS)- Online hacktivist group Anonymous is calling for nationwide protests in response to the ongoing situation in Ferguson, Missouri.

Calling it a “Day of Rage,” a video under the Anonymous moniker urges those in the group and supporters of slain teenager Michael Brown to take to the streets Thursday.

The group demanded the prosecution of Office Darren Wilson as well as legislation to require police officers to wear body cameras. The hypothetical legislation has been dubbed Michael’s Law and has already gained a large level of support on the White House’s petition site.

My opinion is: They need to remove the 24/7 coverage by the Media. It is only stoking the flames and not helping anyone.
