"SECURE" the border is just code language for putting a few more border agents down there to shuffle papers, "beef up" electronic surveillance (ha), or just plain doing nothing.

Only when I hear they have SEALED the border, build a wall - or even a fence - or sent the National Guard down there will I sit up take notice.
