Eatery invents chocolate fried chicken Jun. 24, 2014 - 2:28 - Chocochicken co-founder Adam Fleischman on his Southern California restaurant that serves chocolate fried chicken.
Ok, please explain. I have never heard of this so I looked up "molé" and discovered it was a sauce popular in Mexico. I then looked up recipes for chicken mole and couldn't find one that used that sauce, though I saw where one used some chocolate. Is that what you are referring to?
Those recipes were too complex for my tiny male brain. I'll stick with a good bbq'ed steak, fried chicken, or maybe a chili dog. Who wants to be in the kitchen mixing, stirring, blending, etc. etc. all the day long?

I'll do everything in my power to make sure nothing like this happens again by holding the responsible parties accountable. ..." -- President Barack Obama condemning "misconduct" at the Internal Revenue Service, May 15, 2013.

Holy mole (haha, get it?)
Then comes the preparation instructions which are just as complex. Forgetboutit. I'll just go get some of the Colonel's and then have a chocolate candy bar for dessert.
