I really like this idea. We're dealing with entrenched liars who work for entrenched liars! The power of the purse has become so strong! The average person knows exactly what is expected of him without being outwardly told. People do fear coming forward and how they'll be ruined in so many ways, including financially.

A sizable reward will offset that risk. It will encourage those who would ordinarily remain liars for fear of retribution, to come forward and fess up. I'm sure some bulls*&t testimony will result, but the testimony of these individuals will not bear up under cross examination and what does stand up will start others to release their hold on the lies.

This is a genius way to unseat that fearful liar and encourage him sing like a canary!
