When have either Bill or Hillary Clinton paid any price for their fundraising abuses? After the election victory there's always plenty of money to return anything discovered as given illegally, the benefits have been received and there are NO consequences to the outcome of the election.
In sports there are penalties for fouls and they have consequence. In politics the victor gets to write the future and adjudicate the past.
