Bald Eagle Nest Webcam
From Santa Cruz Island off the coast of California is this wonderful webcam of a Bald Eagle nest! These two beautiful eagles are incubating their eggs now and they are expected to hatch any day now (March 10)!

After the chicks are hatched, mother eagle and father eagle will take turns hunting and feeding their new babies — so this cam is going to be positively ADORABLE for the next few weeks!

Of course, the best time to watch all of the action is during daylight hours, but keep in mind that even though they are not nocturnal, the eagles love to have an early breakfast so tuning in early is encouraged. This might make you think of the old saying “the early bird gets the worm” but bald eagles actually love to eat fish. This is why the location of this nest is so perfect — Santa Cruz Island is the largest of the “Channel” islands of California… It provides great fishing for our feathered friends.
