Odd title, but highly recommended read, at least in the first part where the writer explains quite persuasively why the FBI shots went wild (by their own admission) and then tried to cover up they had fired any shots at all. The second part becomes a bit too conspiratorial for me even though I am not adverse to conspiratorial explanations if they make sense.

In any case this is longish but I recommend it.
