National Review was asked by the RNC to partner in the GOP debates. We agreed. Our initial partner was NBC, with whom we were to help moderate the pre–Super Tuesday debate, originally to be held on February 26 in Houston, then suspended by the RNC in retribution over the antics of CNBC moderators in its now infamous debate last month. A new main host was picked this week — CNN. National Review was to partner, along with Salem Radio and Telemundo, the debate rescheduled for February 25. Tonight, a top official with the RNC called me to say that National Review was being disinvited. The reason: Our “Against Trump“ editorial and symposium. We expected this was coming. Small price to pay for speaking the truth about The Donald.
All the globalist on both sides of the aisle are coming out of the woodwork. Trump is definitely upsetting the apple cart the elitists have set up for themselves.
Saw this comment on Breitbart under one of their Trump articles:
ZitatNationalism and Populism= Bad Conservatism (show me ANY of it in the repub party)= Good
When was the LAST TIME we heard republican leadership (or even a majority) speak about these CONSERVATIVE issues: 1. Balanced budget 2. Reducing the national debt 3. Reducing size and scope of government 4. State's and individual rights (sovereignty) 5. Lowering taxes on middle and lower class 6. America first...not foreigners...not foreign businesses 7. Reducing trade imbalances brought about by NAFTA/GATT 8. Controlling immigration 9. Reducing foreign work visas
So where is this phantom conservatism you want to compare to Trump's "populist/nationalist movement?
Nationalism/Populism has arisen because CONSERVATISM DISAPPEARED!
To me this election go around isn't about liberalism vs conservatism. Its about our national sovereignty being restored vs globalism/elitism's new world order.
We can clearly see with all the vapors going around who the elitists are.
And I or one an glad someone is ripping off the masks! Long overdue!!!
