A photo circulating on Russian political discussion boards displays the self-effacing, truly pathetic, totally subservient behavior of Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Pavlo Klimkin, in the presence of US Ambassador to the UN Samantha Power:

We can postulate only two possibilites:
1) Klimkin is profusely groveling to his master. (Noticably, she does not even deign to look at him.)

2) He is snorting coke. (Well, they'd have to be on drugs to actually believe what they're saying, wouldn't they?)

Either way, Mr. Klimkin, in his pathetic conduct, is a fine examplar of an equally pathetic regime.

By the way, Samantha, that Wal-Mart house dress is a little short for the UN Security Council, don't you think?

Or were you just trying to illustrate, by your total lack of regard for proper decorum, Washington's total lack of respect for the United Nations as an institution and the world it represents? In that you certainly succeed on a daily basis.
