Mark Levin says his legal foundation has obtained a very rare order in a lawsuit with the EPA that allows them to conduct discovery on top EPA officials, including EPA administrator Lisa Jackson:
As you know Landmark Legal Foundation is in pretty heavy duty litigation against the environmental protection agency. And because the EPA had abused its authority under the Freedom of Information Act, we sued them and we went to court and we got a very rare order on our motion that we filed to allow us to conduct discovery, including interrogatories and depositions, against top officials at the EPA including the Deputy Administrator, two other individuals and former administrator Lisa Jackson who now works, I think, for Apple.
