Russia has called on Turkey to share its findings in the case of Syrian rebels who were seized on the Turkish-Syrian border with a 2kg cylinder full of nerve gas sarin.

Actually, while it could be an incorrect date, it may also be correct. I saw an article, didn't read it, headline mentioned there had been over a dozen chemical attacks over the past 18 months.
