Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis, hosted a panel session in Washington, D.C., Monday morning titled "COVID-19: A Second Opinion," featuring critics of the vaccines and the federal government's response to the pandemic, including Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Peter McCullough.
McCullough asked for a show of hands of physicians, scientists and health experts on the panel and in attendance who "personally have witnessed censorship, intimidation or professional reprisal and damage as a result of your advocacy for patients."
"I want this to be recorded," he said of his informal poll.
He estimated it was 80% of the people in the room.
Invitations were extended to the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky and "other individuals who have developed, promoted, and led the response to the pandemic over the last two years."
The five-hour session, which included testimony from people who have suffered injuries believed to be caused by COVID vaccines, covered "Four Pillars of Pandemic Response."
The first pillar, to limit the spread, featured former Evergreen State College biologist Dr. Bret Weinstein and Stanford epidemiologist Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, one of the three creators of the "Great Barrington Declaration."
Early home treatments for COVID was addressed by Dr. Harvey Risch of Yale Medical School and Drs. Pierre Kory, Richard Urso, Ryan Cole and George Fareed.
The third "pillar," hospital treatment, featured Dr. Aaron Kheriaty of the University of California-Irvine and Dr. Paul Marik of Eastern Virginia Medical School, who is suing a hospital in Norfolk for preventing him from treating his patients with ivermectin.
The final pillar, vaccines, was covered by Malone and Dr. David Wiseman.
The panel also discussed Big Tech and establishment media censorship from Big Tech, the impact of the pandemic response on children and the vaccine mandates' impact on the worker shortage.
Many of the panel members, as WND reported, spoke at a rally Sunday at the Lincoln Memorial called "Defeat the Mandates."
