This weekend I found two articles that tie together many of the prior comments.
From my perspective that which is framed as a clash between races is in reality a clash between culture and classes. It was created by big government, collectivists, statists, globalists, citizens of the world to bring down the US and its traditional culture and Judeo-Christian ethics infused with a protestant work ethic. The work ethic included both employer and employee (An honest day's work for an honest day's pay). The ultimate result is a form of neo-feudalism with a small privileged class enjoying 95% of the wealth and a large neo-serf, neo-slave class scrambling for the left over crumbs.
01. this article focuses on the damage done by flooding the country with low wage workers (legal and illegal ) who infiltrate the entire stratum of the work force.
Immigration: One “Root Cause” of Baltimore Riots Not Mentioned by the Left By Donald A. Collins on April 30, 2015, 6:06 pm ".................................. Yet having watched this crisis build for decades, I find it irresponsible to not identify the incredible growth in our population and the flooding of our labor market through mass immigration as root causes of the collapse of economic opportunity. Obviously, we need to invest more to take care of our most vulnerable, but how is the working class supposed to advance when our government is committed to importing a never ending supply of cheap labor?
The ultimate irony is it is Barack Obama’s unilateral Executive amnesty and his refusal to enforce existing immigration laws that have done so much to hurt the poor people of this country, especially African-Americans. We real immigration reformers have begged for members of both parties to unite and enforce our laws. We’ve been all but ignored, since both Republicans and Democrats are either too frightened or corrupt to do their duty .................................. And folks, if you can’t identify the cause, you can’t deal with the consequences." http://www.vdare.com/articles/immigratio...ned-by-the-left
02. Denninger goes further in analyzing the root cause of the Baltimore riots. He adds in that oxymoron 'Free Trade', the corruption of both political parties which as two branches of one national party, and the corrosive effect of big government freebies which either replace working for a living or supplement wages that are inadequate for bare bones survive . 'Uncle Sam's Plantation' mandated the absence of a father to collect welfare and spurred the growth of the Ghetto Culture. The absence of a father led to feral youth who are encouraged to blame whites and the wealthy for their anger and are told lawlessness, destruction are justified.

".................................. his is a cancer that we invited into our nation with so-called "free trade" and the exporting of our manufacturing base. It is the one we refuse to discuss and debate, yet we must. We instead try to placate and paper over it while at the same time destroying the programs and structures that led individuals in that situation to have productive, happy lives. .................................. Baltimore was a thriving industrial community that produced, among other things, a huge amount of steel.
But Baltimore lost over 100,000 manufacturing jobs by 1995, all due to foreign imports produced under near or actual slave labor conditions with zero regard for environmental impact. One third of the residents of Baltimore fled the city. Worse, 90% of the jobs in Baltimore today are low-paying and often part-time service-sector jobs. ................................. At the same time deficit spending, which both political parties consider sacrosanct, has destroyed the ability to accumulate wealth for anyone that is in the lower economic classes. Adding to this was outright and documented predatory behavior by financial institutions toward city residents, especially black city residents, in the 2000s via subprime lending. ............................. Are you ready to have a debate on these topics yet, America?
Or will you wring your hands and point fingers, as is often the case, at this bogeyman or that while ignoring the elephant in the room -- the intentional destruction of working-class jobs in this nation over the last 40+ years, and our utter refusal to put a stop to the abusive and outrageous "trade policies" that enable it." http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=230090
